Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using services provided by DoxieDev LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
DoxieDev LLC provides custom software development, web development, IT consulting, and cloud/DevOps services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between you and DoxieDev LLC.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including rates, billing schedules, and accepted payment methods, will be outlined in the applicable SOW or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
4. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the engagement. For project-based work, refunds may be issued for work not yet performed, minus any costs already incurred. For consulting services, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@doxiedev.com within 14 days of the charge. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a SOW, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created by DoxieDev LLC will transfer to the client upon full payment. DoxieDev LLC retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and experience gained during an engagement for future projects.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoxieDev LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. DoxieDev LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
